EXTRACTION 2 MOVIE REVIEW

Extraction 2 is a more polished and refined film than its predecessor. The action sequences are even more intense and visceral, and the film's visual style is more stylish and atmospheric. Hemsworth is once again excellent as Tyler Rake, and he is well-supported by a cast that includes Rudraksh Jaiswal, Golshifteh Farahani, and Adam Bessa.

The film's plot is fairly straightforward, but it is effective in ratcheting up the tension and suspense. The film also does a good job of exploring Tyler Rake's character arc, as he grapples with the trauma of his past and the moral implications of his work.

Here are some of the things that I liked about Extraction 2:

The action sequences are some of the best I've seen in a long time. They are incredibly intense and visceral, and they never feel gratuitous. The film's director, Sam Hargrave, is a former stuntman, and he knows how to stage action sequences that are both exciting and believable.

The film's visual style is stylish and atmospheric. The film is shot in a way that makes it feel like you are right in the middle of the action. The film's cinematographer, Greg Baldi, does a great job of capturing the chaos and violence of the film's set pieces.

Chris Hemsworth is excellent as Tyler Rake. He brings a lot of depth and complexity to the character, and he makes you root for him even when he is making questionable decisions. Hemsworth's performance is one of the main reasons why Extraction 2 is as good as it is.

The supporting cast is also very good. Rudraksh Jaiswal is particularly impressive as Ovi Mahajan. He brings a lot of vulnerability and emotional depth to the role. Jaiswal's performance is one of the highlights of the film.

The film does a good job of exploring Tyler Rake's character arc. We see how his past trauma is affecting him, and we see how he is struggling with the moral implications of his work. The film's exploration of Tyler Rake's character is one of the things that makes it more than just a mindless action film.

Here are some of the things that I didn't like about Extraction 2:

The film's plot is fairly straightforward. There are no real surprises, and the film can be a bit predictable at times. This is not a major flaw, but it is something to keep in mind if you are looking for a film with a lot of twists and turns.

The film's violence is very graphic. Some viewers may find it to be too much. The film's violence is definitely not for the faint of heart.

The film's runtime is a bit long. It could have been trimmed down by about 30 minutes. The film's runtime is not a major issue, but it is something to keep in mind if you are not a fan of long films.

Overall, I enjoyed Extraction 2. It is a well-made and entertaining action thriller, and it is a solid and satisfying follow-up to the original. If you are a fan of action movies, then you will definitely want to check it out.

In addition to the things that I have already mentioned, I would also like to add that I think Extraction 2 is a very well-made film. The film's production values are high, and the film is very well-acted. The film's director, Sam Hargrave, does a great job of staging the action sequences and creating a sense of tension and suspense.

I would also like to mention that I think Extraction 2 is a more mature film than its predecessor. The film deals with some darker themes, such as trauma, guilt, and redemption. I think this makes the film more interesting and engaging.

Overall, I think Extraction 2 is a great action movie. It is not perfect, but it is a very well-made and entertaining film. I would definitely recommend it to fans of action movies.
